Team RGB had the fantastic opportunity to attend the Constructing Excellence South West Awards last week in Bristol. At the feet of the mighty Concorde, inside the Aerospace Bristol hangar, our team joined other businesses from around the South West for a night of festivities celebrating the best projects, people and initiatives from the past 12 months.

Director, Patrick Makeig-Jones, was given a special opportunity to present the People & Culture award. An award that recognises a business's commitment to creating a vibrant, progressive and exciting workspace. With every new project, businesses within the southwest continue to lead the industry with their innovation and constant testing of design limitations, and this was on full display at this year's awards. From state-of-the-art zoo facilities to heavy-lifting hydraulic operations, the breadth and variety of projects on show were examples of how the construction industry is changing and adapting with external factors
