We’re working with a well-respected consultancy in Truro who are looking to bring a Graduate Civil Engineer into their growing team. This is an exciting opportunity for someone just finishing university to start their career in civil engineering with hands-on experience and excellent mentorship.

The role:

• Supporting the design and delivery of civil engineering projects across a variety of sectors
• Preparing drawings, calculations, and technical reports under guidance from senior engineers
• Gaining exposure to highways, drainage, and infrastructure design
• Learning to use industry-standard software (AutoCAD, Civil 3D, MicroDrainage)
• Working closely with an experienced, supportive team to develop your skills and confidence

What we’re looking for:

• Degree in Civil Engineering (recent or upcoming graduate)
• Enthusiasm to learn and progress in a consultancy environment
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Good communication and a collaborative approach
