RGB Recruitment Ltd are working with a leading specialist contractor who are recruiting for a Preconstruction Estimator to join their team and provide much needed support to thier commercial division.

Their market is resilient and due to sustained growth across their core sectors - high spec leisure and commercial schemes - and they are in need of support to put new tenders together. You'd be visiting sites/clients to scope the works, collaborating with the supply chain to collate pricing schedules and liaising with the commercial lead to finalise the tender submissions.

The contract is anticipated to run for 3-4 months, (full or part time considered) and it's envisaged you'd spend at least one day a week in the Exeter office with occasional site visits nationwide. 

A seasoned Estimator with a proven track record in the contracting arena, it's envisaged you'd have a HNC or Degree in Quantity Surveying (or other equivalent qualification) to supplement your experience plus excellent communication, IT and negotiation skills. It's also essential that you're happy to undertake site visits/client meetings some distance away.
